Guide to Signing In to Your eqMac Account

Access the Sign-In Page: Open your web browser and navigate to eqMac Sign-In.

Enter Your Email Address: On the sign-in page, you'll see a field labeled "Email Address." Enter the email address associated with your eqMac account into this field.

Password Sign-In (Optional): If you have set a password for your account during registration or account editing, you can enter it into the "Password" field. If you don't remember your password, leave this field empty.

First Login Validation: For the first login after registration, you'll need to validate your email address through a sign-in email. After entering your email address and leaving the password field empty, click the "Sign-In" button.

Check Your Email: EqMac will send a sign-in link to the email address you provided during registration. Open your email inbox and look for an email from eqMac.

Click the Sign-In Link: In the email from eqMac, you'll find a link labeled "Sign-In." Click on this link to complete the sign-in process and validate your email.

Forgot Email Address: If you can't remember the email address you used to register with eqMac, you can search for "eqMac" in all your email accounts to identify which one you registered with.

Check Spam Folder: If you're not receiving emails from eqMac, make sure to check your spam or junk folder. Sometimes emails can end up there by mistake.

Contact Support: If you've checked your spam folder and still can't find the email, or if you're encountering other issues with signing in, you can contact support through the "Having problems with Login?" button located underneath the sign-in form. Support will assist you in resolving any login-related issues.

Resetting Your Password: If you couldn't sign in because you forgot your password, the email sign-in link serves as a temporary solution. After logging in using the email sign-in link, you can navigate to your account settings to reset your password for future sign-ins.

Update Your Password (Optional): If you've successfully signed in using the email sign-in link and want to update your password, you can do so in your account settings. Simply navigate to the password section and follow the prompts to set a new password for your account.

By following these steps, you should be able to sign in to your eqMac account either using a password-less email sign-in link or with a password, and also reset your password if needed.
